One system. Four pieces.

Each piece solves one specific leak in your contractor business. Together they turn a leaky bucket into a pipeline that actually holds water.

01
Solves: Missed calls

AI Phone Answering

When someone calls your business number, an AI trained on your services picks up within 2 rings. It answers basic questions (services, pricing ranges, service area, hours), captures their name, project type, address, and preferred call-back time, and drops the full intake into a text to your phone within seconds.

If you’re available, you call the lead back while they’re still thinking about it. If you’re not, the AI can also book an estimate directly into your calendar using your availability rules.

The math: The average contractor misses 30–40% of inbound calls. Voicemail-to-callback conversion is about 12%. Direct AI intake-to-callback conversion is about 65%. You just 5x'd the value of calls you were already "getting."

02
Solves: Slow follow-up

Automated Lead Follow-Up

The moment a lead comes in — form submission, AI call, web chat, anything — they get a friendly text from your number within 60 seconds. Plain English, your voice, not a corporate chatbot.

If they don’t reply, a short follow-up sequence runs over the next 3–7 days: one text the next morning, one email with photos of similar work, one final check-in. All automatic. All stops the moment they reply or call.

Why this matters: Studies show leads contacted within 5 minutes are 21x more likely to close than leads contacted within 30 minutes. Most contractors respond the next day. You’ll respond in 60 seconds, every time.

03
Solves: Low review count

Automated Review Requests

When you mark a job "complete" (either in your CRM or by replying to a text), the system automatically texts that customer a one-tap Google review link. Message is personalized with their first name and the service you just did.

Customers who leave a review get a thank-you text. Customers who tap "unhappy" are privately routed to a feedback form — giving you a chance to make things right before a bad review hits Google publicly.

The flywheel: More reviews = higher Google map pack ranking = more inbound calls = more AI intakes = more happy customers = more reviews. Compounds every month.

04
Solves: Weak online presence

Contractor Website That Ranks

Underneath the AI and automation, you need a website that actually shows up when someone Googles "roofer near me" or "drywall repair Santa Rosa." One page per service. One page per city. Proper schema markup. Google Business Profile wired up. Mobile-first.

This is the foundation everything else sits on. Without it, the AI has nothing to point leads to, the follow-up sequences have no photos or service pages to link, and your reviews go to a Google Business profile that doesn’t convert.

From signed to live in 2–4 weeks.

Here’s what the typical Full Contractor OS build looks like, start to finish. No endless agency timelines. No junior account manager running interference.

Week 1

Discovery & Strategy

60-min kickoff call. I learn your services, pricing, voice, and the specific jobs you actually want. You give me your Google Business login, phone details, and any existing assets.

Week 1–2

Build the website

I build your contractor site: service pages, location pages, schema, photos, trust signals, fast hosting. You review and give feedback on a staging URL.

Week 2–3

Wire up the AI

We train the phone-answering AI on your services, hours, and common questions. Set up automated follow-up sequences and review request templates. Port your business number or get a new one.

Week 3–4

Launch + QA

Go live. I call your number from different phones at different hours to stress-test the AI. Send test leads through the automation. Submit site to Google Search Console. You start getting real calls.

Starter Site only: 2-week timeline, skips week 2–3 (AI setup). If you want to start with just the website and add AI layers later, that works fine — the systems are designed to plug in at any point.

Typical results in the first 90 days.

These are ballpark ranges based on contractor clients running the full system. Your numbers depend on call volume, service area, and how you’re doing today — take the Lead Leak quiz for a personalized estimate.

Real example: A Sonoma County handyman signed up for the Starter Site (phase 1 of Full Contractor OS). We shipped 34 pages in under three weeks — service pages, location pages, a full blog, and his 12 five-star reviews integrated with AggregateRating schema. Site was submitted to Google at launch; core pages were indexed within the first week. See the build: Mark Daily Handyman Services case study →

Because pieces don’t talk to each other.

You could buy an AI phone answering service from NextPhone, a lead follow-up tool from HighLevel, a review tool from Podium, and hire a web designer off Fiverr. That’s four vendors, four logins, four bills, and zero integration.

When we build your system, everything is wired together. The AI drops leads into the follow-up sequence automatically. The follow-up sequence triggers review requests automatically. The website feeds leads into the AI automatically. And you have one person — me — accountable when something doesn’t work.
